Tip for Other Campers:
Near the town of Mitchell, Indiana if you want to run to town to eat, or if you have forgotten anything. They have a small camp store but is very limited.

Nightly Rate: $38 USD
If trees and trails are your thing, this park has it. There are only a few trees at the campground but the rest of the park is full of them. Sites are spacious. We were in site 140 with full hookups....

“Beautiful hiking”

Sites were nice size. Very quiet and relaxing. We camped at Spring Mill State Park in a Motorhome.

Make sure you hike the trail through the section of virgin forest and see how large those trees grow.

Tip for Other Campers:
Week days make the park almost your own. Also pioneer village has some renovations going on but definitely worth the time to visit if you like history with some live demonstrations.
