Prophetstown State Park is nestled on a prairie. There is a lot of history in the area. The Battle of Tippecanoe took place in 1811 and several historical markers are placed around the area.

- Fontben There are two entrances to the park (Toughnut St (office is there) and Allen St), check where is your site before coming in with a big rig because you might not be able to turn around if the park is full. I was lucky and drove across on an empty site.3 months ago Stampede RV Park

Nice level sites. Great for biking or walking. Paved trails. Pretty scenery, very quiet. We camped at Prophetstown State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
