Tip for Other Campers:
Access to park is along two-lane roads; very easy drive in and out. If you are coming to this area, this campground is much better than state resort up the road.
You can get a great meal across the road at Brownie's Bait, Breakfast, and Beer! What more can you say!
In many ways this campground is similar to the other COE parks on Rathbun Lake, which is a good thing. Upkeep while we were there was very good. They cut the grass twice during our 6 day stay. While...
