Nice quiet area, however RV grounds needed grooming. A lawn service did go thru and cut grass that was about a foot high, and left the dead stuff laying. Did not move picnic tables, cut around fire...

Tips from campers about Sudbury Court Motel & RV Park
- ChrisOld At entry gate move all the way to right curb for check in. I followed the signs and got scolded for being in main lane.1 year ago North Bend Park
- Endofthewoods Stock up before you get there. No stores or businesses are close. Half of the park camping is closed for maintenance currently. Water and electric only with one dump station open and one centralized dumpster section. One Bathhouse is central. It's a large layout, bikes are abundantly used.3 years ago North Bend Park

This park has been under new ownership since April. The new owner is nice enough, but a little clueless about RVs. He'll learn. All sites are spacious with crushed stone drives and grassy patios....

Tip for Other Campers:
Nearest Walmart is 24 miles away in Coralville. There is a Big G Supermarket 1/2 mile away. You are about 15 minutes from the Amana Colonies. You are also about 15 minutes from the Tanger Outlet Mall in Williamsburg.
We weren't sure what to expect with a little campground/motel complex but were pleasantly surprised. It was a bit confusing to find the entrance to the campground though (see tips). They are open...
