Tip for Other Campers:
There's a nice nature trail coming off of the cougar loop. They have this weird system about a daily pass for both your car and your RV, but it's waived once your RV is parked. Overall price is still reasonable. If you plan to arrive before the bridge is reconstructed in 2026 be sure to call for directions.
Tips from campers about Perry State Park
- Capt Gerry The battlefield is the primary attraction here. The Delta Explorer offers several different tours. We enjoyed the 3-hour tour of the rivers and Port of Mobile. The campground is about 8 miles from Spanish Fort, where you can find Walmart, Lowes, Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply and other shopping/dining opportunities. Sams Club is another couple of miles in Daphne, Al. Mobile and Gulf shores are close as well and offer lots to do.3 weeks ago Blakeley State Park
