Going to Ashland and enjoy the downtown and small businesses. Go to the Holy Family Shrine as it is a very interesting stop. There is also the outlet mall, Mahoney State Park, SAC museum And eat at Around the bend steakhouse. Dont forget to stop at Glacier Till for some great Hard Cider...

- Karen_302 Going to Ashland and enjoy the downtown and small businesses. Go to the Holy Family Shrine as it is a very interesting stop. There is also the outlet mall, Mahoney State Park, SAC museum And eat at Around the bend steakhouse. - braves6065 This campground is south of Omaha but easy access to IH80. There is a mall across IH80 that is nice. The gas station at the mall does not have Diesel, use the Flying J. In Omaha plan on walking across the Bob Kerry Bridge from Nebraska into Iowa, visit the Lewis and Clark Museum right before the bridge. If you're a college baseball fan see the stadium. Spend several hours at "The Old Market Area" where there a good shops and plenty of restaurants. We didn't have time to visit the Durham Museum, but another couple did and said it was well worth the visit. Parking is tight, we parked in a above ground parking garage on 11th and Jones. We had a great lunch at a steak place on Howard Street. There's a Christmas Store close by. Overall, the Old Market area was a very nice place to visit.5 months ago West Omaha / NE Lincoln KOA Holiday
