We live close-by so just come to relax , we sometimes rent a kayak and walk around, they have a nice playground in the front.

Lots of places to eat in Alexandria, 10 minutes away. Walmart, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Ace Hardware 10-15 minutes away.

Tips from campers about A. J. Jolly Park and Campground
- JonesAussies I had to have lab work done and as a patient of Mayo Clinic this location is only 15 minutes away if you are needing to have appointments. DO NOT STAY at the Sonesta hotel on the Mayo campus; our friends had a horrible experience and the rules and services are the worst I have ever heard. Extremely rude management. Other guests were also upset by the treatment. Lots of good restaurants within 15 minutes drive time. Many great activities in the greater Phoenix area.1 month ago Eagle View RV Resort

Tip for Other Campers:
Lower number campsites are better for bigger rigs. Center section great for smaller class "C", camper vans and pop up trailers. Consult the web and closely look at the site photos. Leveling system and/or blocks a must. Some sites can be quite sloped. Very close to shopping and a good selection of restaurants in the area. Several yurts are available for rent....
