- nmorgan997 So many great things to do and restaurants to explore. Fort Myer's beach is great for beach time whereas Sanibel Island beaches are phenomenal for shell hunting. Mammoth Cave National Park is about 45 minutes away, but if the Green River ferry is operating, that cuts some time and it's a prettier drive.
