Tips from campers about French Quarter RV Resort
- Bill&Patty Ten minute walk to Bourbon Street. Fifteen minute walk to Cafe du Monde - think New Orleans French Roast Coffee and Beignets. Twenty minute walk to the Mississippi River, the downtown, the Paddle Boat River Cruises, and the Riverwalk. Good restaurants and bars galore. We had dinner at The Bourbon House - excellent food and service. We also took a dinner and jazz cruise on the New Orleans Riverboat. The food and service was great. A two hour cruise is plenty of time to eat, talk, and walk around the four floors of the boat taking photos and enjoying the sights. There is also a great walking/biking path right next to our park. Grocery Stores, department stores, Costco, and fast food within a fifteen minute drive. We were nervous about walking through some of this area, but we were told it was safe and we heard of no incidents.3 years ago French Quarter RV Resort
- Moo1966 There is a greenway with a great bike path next to the RV Park. This connects to lots of biking trails around the city. You can also bike up to City Park.3 years ago French Quarter RV Resort
