Tip for Other Campers:
Very nice kayak trail from both the south and north landing. North landing is probably better as it gets right into the cypress swamp and has less open water. Saw some gators sunning themselves in the distance. There is an excellent local "cajun catfish buffet" restraurant just about 15 minutes away. Only open on certain nights (Wed - Sat?) starting at 5...

- Retire In Love We loved the Sunrise Cog Railroad to Pikes Peak, hiked the stunning Garden of the Gods rock formations- Fun sampling the Manitou natural springs and the funky/artsy downtown eateries and shops- Make sure to book the Patron tours at the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum and Training Center!!!
