Tip for Other Campers:
Take the time to drive a few miles up the road to Rockwood, jump on the ferry to the island at Mount Kineo - which has its own golf course and not one motorized vehicle! Very nice to hike or just go for a leisurely walk! Follow that up at lunch or dinner at Kellys Landing on Moosehead Lake - stunning views and good food!

“4 year old park looks brand new”
Nightly Rate: $80 USD
Nice staff. Clean bath house. Gravel is nice looking, but does stick to you shoes. Fire pit at each site along with picnic table. We camped at Moose Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Sites 60 & 59 are STEEP inclines. All the others are pretty much level. Only one bath house in the rear of the park. No sidewalks that cut through the park to the bath house. Garbage is a FAR.. Away at the parks exit. Great restaurant on property open wed-sun. Beautiful heated pool. We seen 9 moose around the area in 5 days. Last one at the Maine DOT...
