Tip for Other Campers:
The campground is about an hour from Tahquamenon State Park. I strongly encourage you to visit, especially the lower falls. Wear a swim suit and water shoes. You can get swim at the lower falls.

Tip for Other Campers:
This park is a little isolated. It's at least 30-45 minutes to get anywhere. Take a day to hike the Tahquamenon Falls, and another day to visit Sable Falls and the Log Slide overlook.

Tip for Other Campers:
We went up to Munising to take the Pictured Rock boat cruise, recommend. Went grocery shopping in Manistique about 35 minutes away, Jacks had good selection. Also went to Seney Wildlife Refuge, definitely worth visiting, 7 mile dirt road of the most beautiful ponds and wildlife. It has a fishing loop if you are an angler.
