“Beautiful view”
Nightly Rate: $35 USD
This is a gem of the UP if you are looking for peace and quiet! Hosts are fabulous people. We camped at Big Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Be aware the sewage dump spot is a little higher than the ground level when dumping tanks/totes.

Tip for Other Campers:
Bring your groceries as the General Store in Helmer is small. Kayaking is amazing. The ice cream at Moose Du Mond is great and the scoops are large!

“Tiny park but fine for a day or two”

Maybe 12 sites or so. Four waterfront. I only saw a small outhouse so I assume pit toilet. Owner is nice, elderly. We camped at Big Lake Campground in a Motorhome.
