“Campground in heart of small town Montague near walking trails, marina, birds and fishing”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
We stayed here for the month of June and mid Sept-Oct 2024 and got a monthly rate of around $900. We were in site 41 and site 43 which are both spacious for our 40' 5th wheel and diesel Chevy truck....

Twisters Ice Cream next door, Fred Meijer Berry Junction Trail out back, The Book Nook and Java Shop up the street, Medbery Park about 10 mins away. This was an awesome little place to stay. I will say I didn't know if we'd fit or not but we got in and out of our spot fine....
Tips from campers about Trailway Campground
- Gabriela I recommend going to Arrowhead to rent some canoes and take it down the river!8 years ago Silver Sands Tent and Trailer Park
- KieraH The camping spots have shared hookups between the neighbouring sites, so, if you're driving something too big to turn around, you're going to want to make sure your hookups are on the correct side. Our little popup trailer, it wasn't a problem. The river that goes by the campground is a lazy river with a slight current, great views and easily navigable. If you have a Canoe or Kayak (or even have a inflatable) get someone to drop you with it at the Williamsport Rd. bridge, and drift or paddle for 3-6 hours back to the campground, or start at the campground and go down to Lake Vernon. We paddled upstream in kayaks from the camp, around 3km (6km round trip), and it's a bit of a workout pushing against the current, but totally doable for most any level paddlers. “Small city campground with FHUs”

Trailway campground is a small city campground with FHU sites. The roads are very tight for a big rig, but we were able to navigate our 42 5th wheel into the pull through site. The location of the...
