Tips from campers about Munising, MI
- Radical Retirees There is a city bus that takes you down to the Pictured Rocks cruises (it pulls into the campground). It was a great option and we really enjoyed a perfect day with the cruise and poking about the small town. Muldoon's Cornish Pasties were good, but I have had many in England so I am probably spoilt with others.... but do give them a try, especially with gravy!3 months ago Munising Tourist Park Campground
- Flying RVers If you want to get a real campsite, book *well* in advance. Hopefully you'll never need it, but if you do, Marquette Medical Urgent Care on Washington St in Marquette is absolutely fantastic. The kayak tour at Pictured Rocks Kayaking is fantastic. Their boat takes you, and the kayak, right to the good part, and then picks you up when you are done. So much easier than launching from the beach and having to paddle to the pretty parts, and then back. The Pictured Rocks sunset cruise is a lovely way to see the sights from the lake without the effort of kayaking.3 months ago Munising Tourist Park Campground
- Alan & Christin The Picture Rocks are stunning, so Ive heard, our tour was canceled due to high winds. There are several nice hikes nearby.5 months ago Munising Tourist Park Campground
