Perfect place great location!

Easy access and close to town. Quite with the River across the road. Full hookup pull through We camped at River Road RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Syls cafe for good food and hardware store has propane sold by the pound. Laundry was limited with one working unit.
Tips from campers about River Road RV Park
- Whitewolf53 Ontonagon, lots of history. Cool museum and self guided lighthouse. Be sure to ask about the fires. Then there's the Porcupine Mtns. State Park. Hiking, waterfalls, Lake Superior. 'Nuff said. If you're going to this area you might as well go to Presque Isle State Park for the boardwalk along the river for the water falls. Beware! LOTS OF STEPS!! Also I'd recommend Copper Peak. The views from the top are spectacular. Search Copper Peak in Wakefield Mi for more info.6 months ago River Road RV Park

Tip for Other Campers:
Day trips to Porcupine Mountains, up the peninsula to Copper Harbor. Go to dinner in White Pine at Konteka they put feed out for bear around 4 and the bear come out of the woods to eat and you can watch them while you dine.
