Tip for Other Campers:

NOT Big Rig friendly - 1.75 miles on washboard gravel road. When you pull in, stay straight, do not turn. Park your rig asap and walk to office. The further you go into this campground, the more trouble you'll incur.

Tip for Other Campers:

Mackinac Bridge/City/Island is only 1/2 hour away - Great day trip! Drive down the dirt road to the East and there is an Elk viewing station. Lots of cool things to see!

Very friendly. Stayed one night. Passport America rate. We enjoyed our stay and the people there. Nice pond and river trail. Would stay again. We camped at Sturgeon Valley Campground in a Motorhome.
