“Nice natural site, lots of trees and grassy areas. Very large park”
Nightly Rate: $45 USD
Staff were very helpful when I wanted confirmation on an additional night booked. Back in site on concreate pad overlooking the lake We camped at Timberlake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

“Great sites right on the water.”

The staff was amazing to work with, and the sites were so worth the money. We camped at Timberlake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

- Cloudwlkr The town of Alma is only about 3 minutes away. Kelly's Bakery sticky buns are excellent. We took a day to drive to Point Wolf and area. Hiked Dickson Falls, another day to drive up to Sussex and look at the covered bridges. The cover bridge on the way down to the park is 7 km of very narrow, rough, gravel road if you are going to do it. Another day we did the drive to Hopewell Rocks and area. - JArbuckle Be sure to have a lobster roll at the Alma Lobster Shop and get a beer at the Holy Whale Brewery. If you have time take the trip to Hopewell Rocks at low tide.7 months ago Headquarters Campground

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots of stores, restaurants, gas stations, nail spas etc. All in walking distance. Nice park next door that has dog parks and is also on the lake. Well cared for and very pretty.
