Tip for Other Campers:
Not much to do in the area but we found the Rattlesnake Saloon nearby (no serving of alcohol until 5pm) and toured the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio which was really informative with the history of some great artists recording some top hits there in the late 60's and 70's.

“Good state park campground. ”

Our spot was right on the water. There were lots of spots with good views of the lake. Interior roads are a little tight, Ive got a 36 foot rig. If you had one bigger that 40 it might be a challenge....
