“Best campground we have ever stayed at ”
Nightly Rate: $36 USD
We loved this campground. We were only here for one night while passing through Mississippi, but we wish we would have stayed longer. Site 29 was an easy pull through and level with our big rig....

“Needs some TLC”
Nightly Rate: $42 USD
This campground was probably very nice 20 years ago but it is badly in need of some TLC now. We wanted to camp and fish within an hour of home and the previous reviews were good so we went. We were...

Tips from campers about Dry Creek Water Park
- AO & MO if you have a big rig ( over 35 ft), get a premium spot or pull through- there are lots of trees that make other spots very tricky & even unable to put out your slides. Other2 years ago Tahoe Valley Campground
- drw-cpa Drive around the lake was great. Good turnouts for photo opportunities. 2 hr boat tour on Discover Tahoe pontoon boat was excellent. Captain Hunter was quite good and knowledgeable, to Emerald Bay & back. Baldwin beach was fun for a play in sand and cold water dip. Lake Tahoe AleWorX great pizza, live music band Sat. night. Gondola ride to top of the mountain was great and $$$.2 years ago Tahoe Valley Campground
- googles Go to Fire and Ice restaurant for all you can eat meat, etc they cook in front of you. Beaches are close. We got to Sand Harbor Beach at 7 when they opened and the line was long so we went past it to King Beach and got a good spot around 7am. (About 45 min from campground, others are closer) Go early to beaches or good luck finding a spot.2 years ago Tahoe Valley Campground

“Beautiful trees, lake views, well maintained ”
Nightly Rate: $38 USD
This is a paradise especially if you are a birder. It is quiet with lots of singing birds, lots of trails, tall trees. We camped at Dry Creek Water Park in a Motorhome.

“Quiet. Tall Trees”
Nightly Rate: $34 USD
We arrived on a warm Friday evening in April. There were 2 other RVs in the park. The further of the 2 had an occupant. We camped at Dry Creek Water Park in a Travel Trailer.

“Peaceful serenity”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
Very relaxing campground during the weekdays and off season. Beautiful lake and heavily wooded camping areas. Many gravel pull through sites are not very level and require effort to level the RV....

Tip for Other Campers:
Caution about following GPS to campground. Avoid taking Leonard Rd off of Route 35. This takes you to Water Park Rd via Chain Warren Road which is an extremely acute angle turn that many RVs cannot make. Stay on Route 35 to left on Jaynesville Road and then left on Water Park Road to the campground.
