“Trees, squirrels everywhere ”

Small and a little tight but with help of owner wefit in fine. The owners are fantastic, very nice, helpful. The original site I could not make it but they moved me over, just fits but we love it....

Tip for Other Campers:
A little out of town, 14 miles to Walmart shopping. Food is about 11 miles... 45 minutes to gulf coast beach if you interested. I grew up on that beach and definitely not interested. This area here, I could live here lol

Peaceful quite and beautifully maintained. The owner are really nice. A lake you can fish in. I would stay here again. We camped at Magnolia Sands RV Park in a Motorhome.

Brigette and Gary are such sweet people. They are working hard to make improvements to the park, including better wi-fi. The wi-fi does work, mostly, if you change around the routers. We were limping...

Individual CLEAN bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Concrete pads on mist back in sites, full hook ups! There is a nice stocked private fishing pond to test your luck and no license required....
