Tip for Other Campers:
Get your supplies prior to arriving. It is 25 miles to the closest grocery store. When coming to campground come in from hwy 54 to hwy A. It may be longer but a much better road for towing.

Nice and shady. Camper pads not level. Bathroom not bad. Playground. Cute camper store. Laundromat. We camped at Ft. Leonard Wood Lake of the Ozarks Rec Area in a Travel Trailer.

The sites themselves are roomy and in good repair. Roads inside park are good however, entry roads and highway leading to park is narrow and rough in places. Reported water leak at site...not fixed....
