Don't pull into their parking lot, no way around building. Pull past building to side street for entrance to the RV parking spots. Limited food menu and nothing super close. The pool is open and nice, I believe 5 dollars.

Tip for Other Campers:
The lodge in Springfriend MO happen to serve dinner the night we stayed (Friday night) and it was one of the most friendly, active and vibrant lodges we have visited. They have quite a membership demographic group. The menu is limited and is catered and the food was very good.
