Tip for Other Campers:
The cave tours close in the winter. We visited early October and they were not running. You would have to book a private tour with another company. Onondaga Cave State Park was still open so we did that tour instead.

Meramec Caverns close by, floating on Meramec river available in Park and a smaller cave tour is available.

Sewer hook up was far away from camper, in the rear of the site. We camped at Meramec State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

“Nice campground next to the caves”
Nightly Rate: $35 USD
The RV section is a massive mostly flat paved area. If you dont mind dry camping, there are very nice sites along the river. We camped at Meramec State Park in a Travel Trailer.
