“Great Location!”
Nightly Rate: $36 USD
Great location - Quiet spot on Lake Hebgen on the South Fork Arm 0f the Madison River minutes from West Yellowstone! We camped at Lonesomehurst in a Motorhome.

Only Power at RV sites but water faucets available in a pinch.

Tip for Other Campers:
Grizzly Rv park has a pay dump station with clean water fill up back the town of West Yellowstone for $30. Also the Fox Den RV park has nice hot showers & laundry facilities (for a fee of course) that helps the lack of services at Lonesomehurst.

1/2 mile up Denny Creek Road there is a turnoff for a day use beach that was a fantastic place for the dogs to run and swim. The CG is about 10 miles from the West entrance to Yellowstone but that drive was worth it for the peaceful setting. Yellowstone tip: Suggest taking in the Mammoth Hot Springs terraces in the morning light, and waiting until morning...
