ladyofleisure Short trip to the Oregon Trail Interpretive center. Well worth the drive. A new Maverick gas station just opened north of town.

MommaBriggs We loved the Baker City area. Great small town, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Loved exploring Hells Canyon. Be sure to take the Elkhorn Scenic Loop. There is an amazing lake at the top, Anthony Lakes.
