“Costly stay”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
Stayed 2 nights in our fifth wheel in site 6, mid-week, in early October. Within 5 miles off of I-80 & down a gravel road. Only a few other sites filled, so it was nice & quiet. Our site had 50 amp &...

Tip for Other Campers:
Enjoyed the Performing Arts Center. The visitors center was helpful. Runzas chain was new to us & very good. Visited the Golden Spike main floor, but did not pay to view the museum.
“Third time here”
Nightly Rate: $25 USD
We like this park and have stayed here three times now. No water hook up and no sewer or dump station but very secluded. We camped at Buffalo Bill Ranch State Recreation Area in a Travel Trailer.

“Nice, small and historical ”
Nightly Rate: $37 USD
Little park tucked away right by river. Some sites with 30 and plus sites with 50 amp, only a few. Stayed on sight 23, which is next to river, really only one on the water side. No water or sewer,...

Nice little state park. Nothing fancy, a few mature trees. Close to the north Platte river. Definitely recreation area, so no homes or businesses. Just some adjacent pasture land. Level site, only...

“Nice campground by the river and close to attractions”
Nightly Rate: $25 USD
Got here on a Saturday afternoon. All the sites closest to the river were taken up by local families enjoying wading, fishing and boating. Lots of laughter and kids playing. We camped in a site...

It's just a short drive over to Buffalo Bill's Scout's Rest Ranch, which we really enjoyed going through. If you're at all interested the history of the old west and its most famous character, it's definitely a must see.
The Lincoln County Museum is also close by and worth a visit.
