Tips from campers about Ogallala Tri-Trails KOA
- RV Sailor In Ogallala, check out the Petrified Wood Gallery and Gift Shop - some incredible pieces. Also, Ash Hollow State Park. Lake McConaughy was, of course, the town highlight. You can boat, fish, jet ski, kayak, swim, and drive your car on the beach right next to the water. The Kingsley Dam and Hydro Plant uses the water of the North Platte River to form the lake and the Visitor's Center has the interesting history. There are also eagles who winter nearby if you are in the area December through early March.4 years ago Ogallala Tri-Trails KOA
