JeffJenkins Do the Augusta Canal Boat tour. We rode our bikes on the tow path from the Savannah Rapids Park. For a laundromat, use Peanuts just a mile or so down from the park.

northstarnomads There is a Shell station about 6 minutes away with diesel and a grocery store near it as well. Plenty of places to eat at in the area.
