This is a nice park. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Park is clean and well maintained. Nice pool area and playground. Our site #16 was a pull-through and fairly private. Nice walk to the lake....

Tips from campers about Woodmore Campground
- Mermidon If you leave the campground, be sure to have your mirror tag to prove you are staying in the park. Apparently other people try to slip into staff parking spaces for the amusement park. Be sure to take a walk down to the lake or rent a boat or water craft to enjoy the lake. A few other trails for hiking or biking in the area
local grocery store and small Walmart less than 10 min. Not a lot to do in the area but just enjoy the lakes and the great outdoors

Lots of things for kids to do. Excellent playground and pool. They have a beach for kayaking and canoeing, but you cannot swim in the pond.
