Learn the dates for parking fees for each town. Many towns stop requiring parking fees after Labor Day, but do not post in the parking lots resulting in some visitors paying anyway.
Tips from campers about Thousand Trails Lake & Shore
- Jenksy Strathmere beach between Sea Isle City and Ocean City is a hidden gem - one of the best beaches in NJ. Large, quiet and FREE. There are no lifeguards or amenities but it is quiet, wide and open. Best Bagel/Egg sandwiches/Cinamon Rolls -- Mrs. Drizzles in Sea Isle Custard King just down the road has great ice cream Cape May winery is lovely8 months ago Thousand Trails Lake & Shore

- Kaleay So much to do in the area. Definitely recommend Cape May Zoo which is free, Cape May town and beaches. Be sure to bring your outdoor rugs to help keep camper clean as the ground was loose dirt/sand.
