Tip for Other Campers:
Ride or walk to the balloon park as its only 2 miles away. If you bicycle, there is a bike valet at gate 20. It is free and safe.

- Mark Cook The city of Rockwood is nearby where there is a new Wal-Mart and various fast food restaurants. The campground is approximately 8 miles off of Exit 347 on I-40. “Close to town convenient nice place”
Nightly Rate: $62 USD
We had a great spot overlooking the grassy area a lot of permanent residence there. Close to town and shopping with a huge Cabelas right down the road. We camped at Coronado Village in a Motorhome.
