Nightly Rate: $65 USD

Tip for Other Campers:
Beware, Park is near Albuquerque and is usually full for the hot air balloon festival. Reservations for the festival are taken 11 mo in advance. There is a train called Rail Runner that runs frequently to Santa Fe and Albequerque. It is inexpensive and day passes via the app is great. A casino with sports bar, bowling, and arcade is within 1 mile of the...

The campground is level with paved roads and paved lots with river rock gravel between sites. The layout squeezed campers and vehicles into every possible space with some overhanging roads. If you...

Tip for Other Campers:
Follow the directions on the park's website instead of your GPS. You do not want to drive a big rig here during rush hour.

We spent most of our time seeing the sites in the ABQ area. This place was perfect for that. Lots of long term campers and park was always full. The bathrooms and showers were amazing and very clean....
