“Big rig friendly park”
Nightly Rate: $45 USD
This park is basically a gravel lot with RV spots lined up close together and the FHU utilities at the back. We were there in Feb and there were only about 12 RVs (looked like long term visitors)...

“Equestrian event location - easy big rig access”
Nightly Rate: $53 USD
Site #515, we stayed 4 nights and having grown up with horses, I enjoyed the environment. My price listed is an average. I noticed that each night was a little different price and we came here from...

Tip for Other Campers:
Bandelier National Monument - did a couple hikes there - highly recommend
Ghost Ranch - if you register it is $10pp and they give you a wrist band for the 2 museums. We did the hike to Chimney Rock and the view was pretty spectacular.
Tips from campers about The RV Park at HIPICO
- Justice12t Close to the zoo, indoor bounce house/play area, science center, etc. The location is great, easy to get to and close to shopping if you need it.3 months ago Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Campground
- RD66 Asheboro Zoo is close4 months ago Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Campground
- jdshess You may need an extra water hose to hook up, it was definitely a stretch and we had to use two hoses. Cooler week days may be a better choice when visiting the Zoo. We went on Labor Day - crowded, humid and not many animals out and about.7 months ago Zooland Family Campground

“Gravel parking lot”
Nightly Rate: $57 USD
The campground is within a equestrian/fairground area. The sites are back in with hookups behind the rig. Great for one night. The price is pretty hefty IMO. We had site 525 which is at the end of...

“Enjoyable stay but a couple of things to note...”
Nightly Rate: $45 USD
Overall we enjoyed our 3 week stay. The park is extremely quiet and has a lot of space to walk the dogs. The location was great to get out and explore, grocery shop, etc, although the road in and out...

Tip for Other Campers:
Park is off I25 fairly easy to get too. Roads are dirt and gravel so can rut if rain or snow has occurred. Santa Fe has lots to see and do and Albuquerque is about 45 minutes and Taos is 1 hour and a half away. Great central location for those who want to explore Northern New Mexico
