Tip for Other Campers:
Several Mineral hot springs. In between two lakes that are very close by. Cabello Lake, and Elephant Butte. There are several shops and museums in the Downtown area. I highly recommend Los Arcos restaurant for a nice dinner.

For a good, homestyle meal, you cannot do better than Johnny B's. It's located near the WalMart and is easy to get to. Good food, good service!

Very small but friendly town! One grocery store! We Got around the town on our bikes! Visited the local hot springs and even found this cute restaurant and books store downtown!
