Tip for Other Campers:
Carlsbad is 20 miles away, get groceries here. Carlsbad Caverns is definitely something to see, it's been our favorite cavern tour in our four years of travel. Hike Guadalupe Mountains but be ready for some long hikes.

Tip for Other Campers:
If your time is limited, take the elevator down and see the Big Rm at Carlsbad Caverns. We found it had the most to offer, and more level walking for those who may be restricted. The rest of the trail is all down hill switchbacks and steep in some areas. I'm used to hiking a few miles regularly and my calves were sore the next couple days from that 1 mile...

Friendly staff, ample souvenir/store on site. Very close to Carlsbad Caverns! Level site. ATT Cell signal strong enough to stream TV. We camped at White's City RV Park in a Motorhome.
