We visited Prospect Mountain to see some gorgeous views. We also drove about 90min up to see Ausable Chasm which was 100% worth it!

- Bob and Karen When arriving via Interstate 87, use exit 23. The campground is a short easy drive from this exit. My nav took me to exit 22 which took longer and required driving on winding roads for more than 8 mi.2 years ago Lake George Escape Campground

Tip for Other Campers:
Def check out lake George and the shops there. Bolton landing is a more adult area - less stores, arcades, kids stuff. Do the hikes at prospect and pinnacle

We had an excellent site with full hookups. The activities were plentiful and the onsite pub was great! We camped at Lake George Escape Campground in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Plenty of hiking within an hours drive. Adirondack pub and brewery was excellent. Lizzy Keays in Warrensburg was very good too. Would definitely come back!
