Tip for Other Campers:
The Saratoga historic sites were well worth the visit: the battlefield, the visitor center, the Saratoga Monument, the surrender site, and the General Philip Schuyler house. There is a good and interesting hike in Saratoga Springs: the Geyser Loop Trail located within the Saratoga Spa State Park.
