Tip for Other Campers:
Bring a bike to make the run to the central trash location near the entrance. We enjoyed the trails and some were accessible by bikes. Hiking trails to try: Kaaterskill Falls Trail, Catskill Mountain House Trail, Boulder Rock and Escarpment Trail. We saw a sign that kayaks and canoes were available to rent.

Tip for Other Campers:
The Catskills are beautiful! There's restaurants everywhere outside the park. If you're going to Kaaterskill Falls GET THERE EARLY! The parking lot fills up quickly & then they close it. You have to take a shuttle to get in. The trail is easy & short.

Huge park, great opportunities for hiking. Quite a long uphill pull to campground, but lovely.
