Sip a glass of wine on the balcony at Queka Lake Vineyards for a spectacular view. The Curtiss Museum was eye opening surprise.

Tip for Other Campers:
A lot of wineries to visit if youre into that because this is wine country! 10 minutes to town for supplies. I must say this is a beautiful place.

Camp Elmbois is one of my favorite campgrounds around the Finger Lakes. It might be too quiet for some folks. The owner was wonderful! There is plenty of room to walk around. Great for dog-walking....

Eat at Lakeside Restaurant & Tavern on West Lake Road, Hammondsport, where dogs are welcome on the outside deck.

Very nicely kept property with lots of shade trees. Quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for! We camped at Camp Elmbois in a Travel Trailer.

Plenty of Wineries and Breweries all around the lakes. About three to four places to eat in the small town of Hammondsport, NY 5 to 7 miles down the road. Glenn Curtiss Museum 9 to 10 miles in Hammondsport, NY.
