Tip for Other Campers:
The scenery in this area is unbeatable! Check out the Elf on the Oak on Route 414 or Jerlandos in Watkins Glenn for a bite to eat. The waterfalls at Watkins Glenn State Park and Taughannock Falls State Park are not to be missed! There is a waterfall on Route 414 right beside the road that is easy to miss the first time.
“Park roads need res lagged or paved to qualify as a resort. ”
Nightly Rate: $92 USD
The park has a nice setting and the sites are well spaced, BUT, the roads and sites are a mix of slag and dirt resulting in muddy slag deposits on vehicles and tracking into RV. Sites are about 1 foot...

- Monroe_2022 Hershberger's Farm and Bakery is only 1.4 miles away. It is large, in the country, well stocked bakery plus pumpkins and more. And prices were better than in Berlin or Walnut Creek. Guggisberg Cheese is only 1.8 miles beyond Hershberger's. The creators of Baby Swiss cheese, with factory on site plus many cheeses and other items in their store.5 months ago Berlin RV Park and Campground
- RenFam The campground has a great play area for kids and nice showers as well as laundry. Definitely check out the Berlin Homestead restaurant for a great dining. Great food, wineries and breweries on this side of Lake. 2 goats brewery was fun. Wagners is a winery and brewery which was great for us. 3 brothers was another fun place to visit. If you want to do a cheese and ice cream flight go to Shtayburne Farms.

Tip for Other Campers:
Many waterfalls in the area. Recommend visiting the Windmill Farmers market on Saturday and the Oak Hill Bulk food store, both in Penn Yan and of course Watkins Glen. Campground closes for the winter in late September.
