Eta Pizza in Ithaca was eccentric and very yummy! Cascadilla Glen Gorge is a must walk. It was falls almost 100% of the way. I dont suggest taking your dog though they are allowed. There are handrails in the steps but NOT on the rather slippery and skinny path that follows the 3/4 miles gorge. Ithaca Falls is outstanding and just an easy short walk from the...

Robert Treman State Park is very close, and beautiful. Buttermilk Falls is close too. We ran into Ithaca to visit Ithaca Bakery and Purity Ice Cream. We're going to the farmer's market, tomorrow.

Tip for Other Campers:
Many falls and gorges in the area. Watkins Glen is close by if you're a race fan and it's a nice town to visit with a lake dinner cruise.

Thanks Pittman 44244Looks like they cut your answer off at For our needs, full...We are just trying to find a good place to stay for upto 2 weeks while enjoying the area, and having a decent site that's not a complete mudhole when it rains. Been camping all my life and not the fancy rv park type people....
