Small town but has some great places to eat,close to cities to get anything you might need,in fall great for foilage color,and many other thins to see and visit

Walmart is only 11 miles south in city of Utica which also has restaurants and shopping.

We took the kids to Fort Ricky discovery zoo, the kids had a great time there and prices were very very reasonable.
