When leaving there is a dirt area for dumping. Take a right and you will see a four lane dumping area, not so dusty.

- Greg and Linda Make sure you bring a power cord extension, the pedestals are spaced very far from the sites. We had to rent an extension the first time we stayed there and used our extension each time afterward. Sampson is an old military base and has an interesting museum.7 months ago Sampson State Park

“Bathroom very clean ”
Nightly Rate: $29 USD
Bathroom in great shape., free showers and a dishwashing sink. Sites are spacious but expect to have to level. We camped at Sampson State Park in a Travel Trailer.
