If you are going to tube in a deep creek, make sure that it has rained recently and the water level is up.

- Karen_676 Make sure you check out what events are booked before you book your campsite.
- Travelstorm A very big, reasonably priced and clean laundromat is less than 3 miles away in the town of Rock Springs (use your GPS to find it). A very good place to eat is the Sopporo Japanese Steak House. A little speedy, but again - worth every dime. There is a Love's truck stop at the edge of town along I80 for those who need diesel fuel and lots of fuel stations in town for those who's engines take gasoline.4 years ago Sweetwater Events Complex - RV Park

Hiking trails in the park are not dog friendly but the pinic areas are and they can get in the creek. Nice layed back atmosphere

Tip for Other Campers:
Check out the camp store and say hi to cash. The town is worth exploring. The camp is right outside of the national park with hiking trails and plenty of cool spots. Showers are out of order during winter months.
