My wife and I work from the camper during the daytime and then check out the local activities during the evening and weekends. The park is only 2 miles from Western Carolina University also, which is really why we are here, so we plan on joining the fun this weekend for the homecoming game. :) There are lots of little restaurants and shops around to check...

Tip for Other Campers:
The Tuskasegee River Locust Creek Access Area is a lovely walk along a wide paved path. Rodger's Subs / Speedy's Pizza in Cullowhee has surprisingly good pizza.
Rafting at the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) is only about an hour's drive away and is lots of fun.

Within one mile of WCU and only a few miles to downtown Sylva. Some of the best hiking and fishing around!
