- Rick Barbush Resort is located in a nice area of Holly Ridge down the road from Surf City w/ a number of restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping needs. The Resort Office however did not provide us with any of this information so we needed to google all. One drawback. Resort location is a quick easy drive to the Surf City attractions and the beaches along the Topsail Island, North and South.5 months ago Oceans RV Resort
