Tips from campers about Tryon International Equestrian Center, Tryon resort
- Sesims We had one 10 year old with us so we did visit the Carolina Arcade Museum on Forest City one day. It is a little over 10 miles away from the campground in a downtown area off of 74. For $13 unlimited play it was well worth the trip and even the adults enjoyed it. There are also a good amount of places to get ice cream on site and the nearby towns which is a win for us.
- kimme Its a place to land your rv. Youre not far from Ashville, lake lure and small scenic towns. There are restaurants on property.
- kimme The places to eat at Tryon International are great. Saturday nights is Grand Prix night. We recently saw a rodeo here. Its lovely when the dressage horses compete. Im hoping they will make the facility a bit more handicapped accessible but seem to be making improvements
