- Vegan Enjoyed the AirZoo in Kalamazoo and the Fantasy Forest, Underground Railroad Sculpture and the Historic Bridge Park in Battle Creek. There's a Dollar General in Augusta about 2 miles from the park entrance.7 months ago Fort Custer Recreation Area
- KimBarboo Don't forget about your recreation passport. If you're coming from out of state, you can get it ahead of time online, but you need time for them to mail you your pass. Stayed here for Merlfest 2018 and it was very convenient to get to the festival. Only a 5 mi drive and they had a shuttle that ran every 30 min. The campground has been here a while and it is worse...

The campground is unique in the fact that really no one stays there nightly. There are a few RVs that stay there full time. There was a pool but it is no longer used, and the Internet does not work...
