Tip for Other Campers:
Check out Brevard. (30 minutes away) Cool little town with beautiful art galleries, good restaurants and a nice big grocery store. A nice walkable town. You can also go about 20 minutes west to Cashiers for groceries and a fun brewery.

- Camp2Camp Rainbow falls is a must visit.4 months ago Gorges State Park, Family Campground
- KimEllis Visit waterfalls - all hikes in the park are strenuous. Whitewater Falls 6 miles away is accessible. Panthertown trails nearby go to Schoolhouse Falls, that's moderate. Drive to Brevard for lunch at Sully's Steamers was great, then visit National forest for a gorgeous drive to looking glass falls. Sweetwater Perk & Creamery is GREAT for coffee, ice cream, & wifi. No laundry anywhere; the laundry mat in Brevard is gross; we washed clothes by hand & dried them outside instead. Groceries from Ingles in Sapphire were fine.7 months ago Gorges State Park, Family Campground
